Family

What comes to your mind when you hear the word “family?”  Hopefully, the word stirs images of loved ones and feelings of fondness and joy.  But none of our earthly families are perfect with some falling far short.  But, your earthly family shouldn’t be your only family. You can become a child of God and be adopted into His family.  Like birth, it is not something you deserve or work for. We are “born again” into God’s family by an act of faith in receiving Jesus' life and Spirit as a gift.  When we are spiritually born anew, we join a family of brothers and sisters who have God as their Heavenly Father.  I hope the stories you find here will uplift you and remind you of the blessings you can receive as a member of God’s eternal, heavenly family.
